Our The Neighbourhood Exeter property, is arguably the best student accommodation building in the city, and with the exciting addition of 31 new residential rooms, even more students can now enjoy their academic years in style at The Clubhouse.
The 31 brand-new self-contained studios in the recently built 4-storey building on Mary Arches Street, continue the same premium quality that The Neighbourhood accommodation has become known for. All rooms feature king sized beds, mega fast WIFI as well as New York style bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens and fantastic views of the city all stylishly designed with focus on current interior trends.
Musical Past
The Clubhouse studios are perfect for both postgrad and undergraduate living, especially for student couples. Many of the spacious studios include a king-sized bed, 40” TVs, and larger kitchen and bathrooms than would be found in a standard studio.
Built on the former live music venue ‘Mama Stones’, which was owned and ran by soul singer Joss Stone’s mother, Wendy, The Clubhouse features many nods to its past. As well as outstanding rooms, residents of the Clubhouse can enjoy student life to the full by taking advantage of the amazing on-site facilities including a well-equipped gym, games room, large TV lounge, private dining room, cinema, study rooms and even a karaoke studio.

Regular social events are arranged by the friendly management team at The Neighbourhood so it’s easy for residents to meet new neighbours and friends.
The building is located in the heart of the city centre within easy reach of the shopping areas and restaurants as well as the train station and both University campuses. Free-to-use Neighbourhood bikes are also available to use for all tenants to make that morning commute even easier. Students can even get the day off to a flying start with free coffee and breakfast to go!

The Neighbourhood offers essential peace of mind with on-site security, fob control for door access and CCTV throughout the building and surrounding areas. Student wellbeing is at the forefront of our mind and so our residences have implemented new cleaning routines, sanitising facilities, and distancing measures to make sure tenants get the best and safest living experience possible.
