Two award nominations
We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for two awards this year: Student Accommodation Operator of the Year in the 2020 RESI Awards, which are organised by Property Week, and Operator of the Year in the 2020 Property Week Student Accommodation Awards.
This follows our 2019 RESI award nomination in the same category. We were also nominated for the Operator of the Year award in the 2018 Property Week Student Accommodation Awards.
RESI Awards nomination
The RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, recognise the residential property sector and its successes of the past year. The RESI Awards bring together the key players in the residential market including leading developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, agencies and local authorities. The awards are now taking place online and will deliver the same high-quality event in its new virtual space.
Student Accommodation Awards Nomination
The Property Week Student Accommodation Awards will be held on the 9th December. The Student Accommodation Awards is one of the UK’s premier student housing events. As part of Property Week, it has been supporting the PBSA sector for over 13 years, sparking debate, shining a spotlight on the opportunities and highlighting excellence. 2020’s awards aim to unite the sector for the brightest and most insightful conference, showcase and awards yet, with the ceremony attracting a wide range of influential figures from across the PBSA sector.
As ever, we are extremely pleased that the hard work from our teams has been recognised by the awards. Our teams have dealt commendably this year in the face of turbulent and unprecedented situations brought on by the pandemic. Yet in the face of this, Collegiate has continued to do its best to provide its usual high calibre of student accommodation.
Our philosophy is to create the best student experience in inspiring environments that allow residents to enjoy their lives to the full in the comfort and safety of their new homes. All of our sites offer an outstanding level of design and service; this unique style saw our Marques de Pombal site in Lisbon be crowned ‘No. 1 Coolest Student Residence in the World’ by Uniplaces.
